The Mandala of Insight Group consists of Triratna order members who share a common commitment to the practice of liberating insight. Individually, we represent many different (and sometimes even conflicting!) approaches and views. Collectively, we encourage and respect this diversity within our group and in the wider movement. We do not adhere to any one specific approach.
Our aim is to foster the growth of a culture of insight within Triratna by
- serving as the nexus for connecting people interested in insight (many of whom are practicing on their own with very little support or sense of community),
- organizing forums with speakers and discussion groups on various insight topics,
- producing articles, videos, and other kinds of informative material which we make available on upadesa.net,
- contributing to the development of a common language with which to communicate around insight experiences,
- generally being available to support individuals with their insight practice on an ad hoc basis
Our current members are Aparimana, Padmayogini, Sunada, Tejamitra, and Tejananda.
